This is an invitation-only event, as all accommodation expenses are covered by BIRS. There is no registration fee, and participants receive five complimentary nights at the hotel along with full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We currently have two available spots for in-person participation. Please contact us if you are interested. Due to the high level of demand, we kindly ask that your message briefly explains your motivation for attending and includes a tentative title of your presentation (suggested topics are listed below). We will get back to you promptly with a decision.
